• Access to basic furniture (tables and chairs) as per your event needs

3. Breakdown Time (1 hour):​

• Efficient clearing of the event space, returning it to its original condition

• Coordination with any third-party vendors for equipment removal, if applicable

Additional Services:

• Additional hours beyond the 8-hours can be arranged for an extra fee

• Customized decor and lighting options available upon request

Booking Process:

• Reservation requires a non-refundable reservation payment of $500 to secure the date

• Full payment due two weeks prior to the event

• Cancellation policy and terms outlined in the booking agreement

Terms and Conditions:

• Any damages to the venue during the event will be the responsibility of the client

• Compliance with local regulations and venue policies is mandatory

• Guest count must adhere to the venue's capacity limits of 140 guests max
